Source : E.coli. HSPB9 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 179 amino acids (1-159 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 19.6kDa.HSPB9 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Heat Shock Protein B9 (HSPB9) is a member of the small heat shock protein (HSP20) family. HSPB9 is found in the cytoplasm as well as in the nucleus. HSPB9 is expressed specifically in the testis.

Purification :	Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Content :	The HSPB9 solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 50% glycerol, 0.2M NaCl and 2mM DTT.
Storage condition :	Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
