Source : Escherichia Coli. ABHD12B Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 278 amino acids (1-255a.a) and having a molecular mass of 31.0kDa. ABHD12B is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Abhydrolase Domain Containing 12B, also known as ABHD12B is a part of the serine esterase family. ABHD12B is a protein coding gene.

Purification :	Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Content :	ABHD12B protein solution (1mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.4M Urea and 10% glycerol.
