Flt3-Ligand Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 165 amino acids (including his tag) and having a molecular mass of 18.9 kDa. Flt3-Ligand is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
FLT3 ligand is a receptor for the fl cytokine has a tyrosine-protein kinase activity & a growth factor that regulates proliferation of early hematopoietic cells. Flt3-Ligand synergizes with other CSFs and interleukins to induce growth and differentiation.
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Flt3-L in sterile 18MΩ-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. The activity was measured in a cell proliferation assay. The EC50 for this effect is typically 0.2-1 ng/mL.
