Immunogen Information :	A partial length recombinant Neurotensin receptor 2 protein (amino acids 100-390) was used as the immunogen for this antibody.

NTSR2 (Neurotensin receptor type 2) is a receptor for tridecapeptide neurotensin. It belongs to the G protein-coupled receptor family that activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system and a receptor for the tridecapeptide neurotensin. NTSR2 is associated with alcohol dependence. This protein is comprised of 410 amino acids and is found to be expressed in prostate, blood, brain, cerebrum, spinal cord and thalamus.

Purification :	Protein A Chromatography
Content :	25 µg in 50 µl/100 µg in 200 µl PBS containing 0.05% BSA and 0.05% sodium azide. Sodium azide is highly toxic.
Storage condition :	Store the antibody at 4°C, stable for 6 months. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
