Alternative Name : Proteasomal ubiquitin receptor ADRM1, 110 kDa cell membrane glycoprotein, Gp110, Adhesion-regulating molecule 1, ARM-1, Proteasome regulatory particle non-ATPase 13, hRpn13, Rpn13 homolog, ADRM1, ARM1, Rpn13.
Amount : 20 µg
Source : Escherichia Coli. PROCR Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 216 amino acids (18-210) and having a molecular mass of 24.4 kDa.PROCR is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Protein-c Receptor (PROCR) is a receptor for activated protein C, a serine protease activated by and involved in the blood coagulation pathway. The PROCR protein is an N-glycosylated type I membrane protein which enhances the activation of protein C. PROCR gene mutations are linked with venous thromboembolism and myocardial infarction, as well as with late fetal loss during pregnancy. In addition, PROCR may have a role in malarial infection and has been linked with cancer.
Purification : Greater than 80.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Content : The PROCR solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.4M Urea.
Storage condition : Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
