Source : Escherichia Coli. S100A7 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 121 amino acids (1-101) and having a molecular mass of 13.6 kDa.The S100A4 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. S100A7 is a member of the S-100 family of calcium binding proteins and is produced through a non-classical secretory pathway to the cytoplasm. S100A7 takes part in the regulation of several cellular courses, such as cell cycle, cell progression and cellular differentiation. S100A7 holds two EF-hand domains and is extremely upregulated in psoriatic epidermis, in addition to bladder squamous cell carcinoma and breast cancer tissue, signifying a probable part in carcinogenesis.

Purification :	Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Content :	S100A7 protein at 0.5mg/ml in 20mM Tris-HCl, pH-8, 0.1M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 30% Glycerol.
Storage condition :	Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
