Source : Escherichia Coli. The S100A7A Human Recombinant is manufactured with N-terminal fusion of 9 amino acids His Tag. The S100A7A His -Tagged Fusion Protein is a 12.3kDa protein containing 109 amino acid residues and 9 additional amino acid residues - His Tag (underlined). S100A7A takes part in epidermal differentiation and inflammation thus is significant for the pathogenesis of psoriasis and other diseases.

Purification :	Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Content :	Filtered and lyophilized from 0.5mg/ml in 20mM Tris buffer and 50mM NaCl pH-7.5.
Storage condition :	Store lyophilized S100A7A Human recombinant at -20°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted S100A7A can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4°C.
